AIKON Backup is a private, single-owner disaster-recovery system. It is not offered to the public.
The application requests only the Google Drive drive.file scope. This allows it to work with files created or opened by the application, rather than granting general access to all files in the owner's Drive.
Backup content is encrypted on the owner's system before storage in Google Drive. AIKON Backup does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or disclose it to third parties except where required to operate the owner's own backup infrastructure or by law.
Backup retention is controlled by the owner. Access can be revoked at any time from the owner's Google Account security settings, and backup files can be deleted by the owner.
